Tamar Levine for Kitah Bet (3rd grade in public school)
Tamar Levine has always enjoyed Jewish education. While attending Queens College Scholars and Honors programs, she completed her undergraduate studies at Mesoret Institute for Women, where she earned her teaching degree. Mrs. Levine has experience teaching at all levels of education, including subjects ranging from college-level calculus to grade school Judaic Studies, which is her focus. Mrs. Levine believes strongly that the dual goals of grade school Judaic Studies are to open young minds to the intellectual beauty of the Torah while giving students the fundamental tools with which to begin lifetimes of continuous learning. Mrs. Levine looks forward to building warm and close relationships with her students and with the Ohav Sholom community.
